According to many Eastern and Western cultures, we have a life force energy running through us and everything in our world. To maximise this life force, it is important to understand what our aura and chakras are, and how they affect us. A chakra is a spinning ball of energy and belongs to the realm of subtle energy, at the crossroads of the material and the immaterial, the biological and the spiritual and relate to the body, mind and spirit as one. We can compare them to invisible, rechargeable batteries, therefore, it is essential, that our seven main chakras stay open, aligned, and fluid, as when they are balanced, they feed energy to our physical body as well as our aura. An aura is an energy field that surrounds a person. The aura consists of seven layers, each of which varies in depth and clarity, depending on the individual. These layers vary depending on the person’s health, experiences, thoughts, and emotions, and each layer vibrates with a specific frequency and is associated with a specific colour. They contain information relating to our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. Aura cleansing eliminates accumulate unwanted energies in daily life to support health and well-being. This translates into a feeling of well-being, centeredness and increased vitality. MY UNIQUE TREATMENT The treatment lasts 50 minutes, but please allow 1 hour. The client will remain fully clothed while lying on the coach. The first session includes a consultation before the healing session. Also, I have a brief feed-back with my client after the session. As a therapist, I use many techniques and tools during each healing treatment: · Sage Oil spray which helps eliminate negativity · Chakra stones to activate, balance, and amplify the energy of the chakras. The stones have a natural healing frequency that can be activated and used to balance the chakras. · Pendulum to open the chakras · Reiki symbols to activated the chakras · Selenite wand to draw out negative energy and bring chakras into greater alignment.
